I’m a technical writer who builds the systems behind documentation, including automated checks, AI-assisted review, and self-healing deploys. I’m currently a Technical Writer at Branch, where I maintain the Branch Help Center, lead our AI in Documentation initiative, and set the standards for our docs. I have a degree in Professional and Technical Communication from the University of North Texas.

- Branch Help Center platform: Another writer and I built and launched a new docs-as-code platform for the Branch Help Center at help.branch.io. I built its automation layer. Every change goes through link checking, style linting, and search testing, Claude reviews every change for style issues and contradictions, and the site checks itself after every deploy and rolls back if something broke. This is my third documentation platform migration.
- Branch Help Center information architecture: I rebuilt the help center’s information architecture using internal research and usage data, and deprecated over a thousand outdated articles. I also run a quarterly review of search bounce rate, support deflection, and AI answer accuracy. Its fixes helped raise our AI support agent’s resolution rate by 15%.
- Memorycard: Outside of work, I founded Memorycard, a social video game tracker with over 800 users on iOS, Android, and the web. You can track your games, write reviews, build lists, and see what your friends are playing. I designed the architecture and make every product and technical decision, and Claude Code writes most of the code. Find it at memorycard.gg.
- Bazaarvoice Vibe documentation: I led and wrote nearly all of a new area of the Bazaarvoice Knowledge Base for this product’s launch, including its information architecture and editorial standards.
